Company atmosphere is excellent! Training is readily available. Questions are encouraged and answered without hesitation. Benefits are outstanding - medical, dental, vision....

Cons

Cross - training should be standard within departments so that one person is not the only knowledgeable individual for assigned role.

Cons

A bit of a fast-paced culture: lots going on. This is not a place for the faint of heart, but great team spirit to go around.

Good career progression, feel utilised, no blame culture, senior management are understanding. Generous time off, good work life balance.

Cons

As with every large organisation there are always some folk who don't pull their weight which creates additional work for others.
