Pros

Fabulous clinical care ...best team ever!

Cons

Since merger, culture has been decimated...no communication , horrible changes to benefits and no regard to the effect on employees.

Pros

Income was okay, flexible scheduling was good, and patient care opportunity great, insurance was just ok though very expensive for families

Cons

Cost cuts continue every day it seems while they require more and more out of staff. You feel like a dog jumping thru hoops and doing tricks. Try telling patients you can't give them the medications or supplies the managers and marketers promised. Favoritism and kissing up to the boss go over well if you can sleep at night. There is no team spirit but you better not say it and most of the patients do not even qualify for hospice. I hope medicare finds out. Yet management claims all of them are hospice patients. The managers say the poor morale has nothing to do with personalities or the way they expect you to lie while the company makes bucks. They constantly are seeking to bleed pennies from you in every way possible. The want you to be on call but not pay you for all the time. In short, you must be a hypocrite to work there and not care about standing up for yourself. I recommend staying away as I have started to see a doctor for my growing stress. If I could i'd get out I would but i'm stuck for now. The managers are aspiring idiots who warm chairs mostly and they do not give evaluations to show future employers. Really I could go on but its a very depressing place to work for and I just want to stop here as thinking about the place makes me disgusted.

Pros

No pros. Things have gone downhill since merger

Cons

Took away all extras from bedside. No more music, massage or art therapy. Told us benefits would be better and they are not. They are more expensive.
