      Great Team, my nurses, aids, and office team were the best part of the job. could always count on them!

      Poor upper management, need to be more concern with the patients then about the budget.

      micromanagement and pressure

      I've met some great people in the hospitals-case managers and social workers

      Cons

      I've never worked for a company that micromanages this much. Upper management puts the pressure on you to make your numbers, even when you are brand new. No sales training until your at least 90 days in to learn their programs. Targets are unreasonable. They don't pay you on all referrals so they have you chasing Medicare all day. They will take other insurances which you still have to work but it doesn't count towards your target or bonus. So many meetings...at least 5 a week. AVP wants to ride with you all the time. They only pay .47 per mile for mileage.
