Cons

Boys club mentality is taken to a whole new level in upper management with nepotism leading the way. Hard work and education is not recognized without the right last name or anatomy.

Pros

Lots of hard work in an interesting industry. Good entrepreneurial spirit and people who are interested in their jobs.

Cons

Management is endlessly playing games with salaries, which are in the low range. Lots of talk about pay raises and bonuses that never materialize or are less than expected. This especially happens during the interview process when they want you to come on board. Quality of management ranges from very good to very poor.

Somewhat Flexible with time if your in with your manager, otherwise your the only one every actually working in your department. Good holiday schedule.

Cons

Terrible communication internally between departments. Focused more on keeping people that are terrible at their jobs, but have been there for years instead of keeping truly talented staff new to the company. Company needs to reduce nepotism and cronyism.
