Pros

As an engineer you get to wear as many hats as you want.

Cons

At any time you can be fired since Peter Zieve is the least stable and business minded CEO. Peter hires you (which apparently he shouldn't if you read up on the lawsuit EI has had on Wikipedia), and ops months later he realizes hired too many people see ya you're fired. He hires based on how many people project managers ask for when talking to them in passing and later realizes that is actually loosing money instead of making it, his solution is to just fire whoever has worked the shortest without and move on with his life.
