Pros

There was a time that EI was fun and made money. Those days are now over. For new engineers starting out: If you've got a thick skin, and want hands on work, this *might* be an ok place for 1 to 2 years. Recommend you keep your resume up to date the entire time, and be ready to jump at the first sign of crazy. When it gets toxic for you, don't think it will get better.

Cons

Apparently Glassdoor does not allow mention of anyone except C level executives. This leaves only 1 person, Peter Zieve, to discuss, his current or former VP's are not allowed to be mentioned in Reviews. Watching how the Peter Zieve treated the employees during the pandemic is all you need to know about the company. PZ (CEO) will sit on a mountain of cash all the while taking every government handout he can get, cut the pay of everyone who made him that money over the past 30 years, and whine about paying the best engineers in the area more than 75k. He will force everyone back into the office, regardless of laws or personal health situations, because he seem to believe covid is a hoax, and he is an ardent anti-vaxer and anti-masker. To top it all off, he's surprised when those people begin leaving in droves, when he *literally* sent emails telling people to go elsewhere. Google Peter Zieve, and then know that was only the bits that were fit to print.
