Pros

Engineers get a lot of independence and are part of each project from concept to product delivery/install. That means design work, stress and other analyses, working with vendors and internal shop resources to fabricate parts, building assemblies, and working with customers on troubleshooting. The variety of work makes the job consistently engaging.

Cons

Training for new employees could be improved.

Pros

The company is structure for minimal red tape in an effort to enable engineers the greatest flexiblity possible to complete their work efficiently. Much of the working enviroment is minally structured allowing employees to adapt it to their personal strengths. The company is very generous with its employees in many ways some of which may go unoticed.

Cons

The lack of internal structure may not be a good fit for those that require their work to be lined out for them in detail.
