Pros

Huge amounts of freedom and responsibility. The company is engineering-centric. Employees follow projects from design to delivery and often travel for installation. Profit sharing is a big benefit and gets bigger the longer your tenure.

Cons

Confusing management structure. Mentoring is almost unheard of and is also unavailable as your job role changes over your career. The political culture at the company may overwhelm some.

Pros

Participation in the entire design through install process OK benefits. Flexible hours

Cons

The company president's politics. Search "Peter Zieve discrimination" to start. Also believes engineers should not be paid more than $100k. Won't hire techs but will pay senior engineers for 50-hour weeks to turn wrenches. Everything is disorganized. Even basic training for Catia, which is critical to the job, is almost non-existent. Too relaxed on safety.
