Pros

I think Electronic Arts pays comparatively well to other game companies in the industry.

Cons

Electronic Arts is a very large company and it is certainly possible to get lost in the crowd. Although I think conditions vary a lot from team to team. I know lots of people who have burned out from working the long hours and crunching. Although crunching is pretty common in the games industry so I feel like you'll see that anywhere.

Pros

Very nice facilities and perks. The quality stops there, however.

Cons

Long hours, frequent fear of layoffs, ridiculously top-heavy with middle management.
