Cons

upper managment can be political - trickle down effect to working level no job security - u dont know it will be your turn to be retrenched there doesnt seem to be any proper business direction - trial and error strategy

Pros

EA has over the last couple of years started to focus more on quality and innovation. Although it has hardly been a unparalleled success it's at least a great initiative. The people I worked with was very skilled and pleasant to work with. The skill level at the Swedish studio is through the roof.

Cons

The senior producers and management are too junior and in some occasions even unqualified. My feeling is that they rose to management level while the studio was less famous and once that happened, they were the stock of seniors available for the top jobs. There are some absurd examples of level artist who were present on the interview for people who are now far above their heads.
