Cons

Professional growth opportunities are slim to none. Lots of politics and who you know. Higher management could care less about you.

get to work on a great game engine with decent caliber talent. Good franchises, great benefits. Starbucks on site!

Cons

Even as a director there is little freedom. Always the feeling of big brother managing every idea. The talent is good... not great. Often times you find yourself making up for others short comings. A lot of people that feel like their jobs were just grandfathered in and no actual work is required.
