Growing and stable company to begin your career with. All of upper management seems like they truly care about your development and success. Opportunity to make a good living, decent base salary, good comp plan, and great resources. Extremely good place to build experience and skills especially straight out of college.

Cons

End of the month quotas seem to take away from the beginning of the month prospecting strategies.
