They like people with debt too so they have more power and control because you need to make money...even though the pay is not good. Everyone is miserable so you'll have people that understand why you hate your life and people to complain to. Leaving was the best decision I ever made and I love my new job.

ESI is a subsidiary of Xerox, so you have the name of a big company, but a small company feel. Everyone is super friendly and helpful and just want each other to be successful. For a sales position, there is never any competition or drama, but having your colleagues help with closing deals and answering questions. It truly is a great place to work! The company events are great and the resources we have to take our clients to like Top Golf and Tides Games have been really beneficial!! The company is split up into two sides- printers and IT. And although ESI started as a print shop- it has turned into a lovely IT organization with large large offerings. We definitely dominate the IT and Print Industry in Hampton Roads. It's because the way we do business-ethically, fairly and by creating relationships with our clients instead of having a used car salesman approach! There is definitely opportunity for advancement- but it's a sales position, more accounts, more opportunities- more money!
