Low base salary, no compensation for gas, vehicle, lunches or any typical outside sales expense, not even tolls. This company has a huge tendency to put the WRONG people in the wrong positions, usually based on relationship with leadership - not because of skill set or previous experience. As a result the company is struggling to keep sales professionals and even admin staff. Turn-over is more than usual, people appear and disappear every week. The current morale is very low, not many people really want to be there, just waiting around for something better to come along. A sales company, not technology really.

Extremely high turn over rate, low wages, not much opportunity to advance. A lot of people are just punching the clock and doing just enough work not to get fired. Most middle management has no experience being a part of management so things are run like fast food restaurant. The business is being run into the ground, but as long as it turns a profit, the train will keep going.
