Pros

Great co-workers, decent entry level sales gig if you get a good territory. Good experience to move on to other sales jobs. Pretty good training program.

Cons

Not sure where to begin. Extremely micro managed. CRM database is useless to the sales rep and information is either not there or is incorrect. Management is more concerned with CRM activity/updates over closing big opportunities. Commission plan gets worse every year. Did I mention micro managed?

Great opportunity to learn and advance in the Information technology industry at a entry level position.

Cons

Poor salary based on job position and work requirement compared to industry standards. The company tends to overprice the services extended to customers which result in a constant disgruntle relationship.

There is a great training program and the uncapped commission is a plus on top of a base salary.

Cons

Management is sometimes out of touch of what is going on in the field. Most success comes down to what territory you have or what accounts you have been given to work with.
