Pros

There are a lot of great people with integrity and hearts for the employees at ESI. There is also opportunity for advancement if you work hard.

Cons

There seems to be communication issues where if a policy or change is made, it does not always make it down the chain of command in all area/departments. The biggest issue is not necessary ESI itself but the massive take over of Xerox.

Pros

Great coworkers and upper management is supportive and kind.

Cons

Outsourcing of staff, closing of offices, terrible health benefits. Unrealistic expectations. Very stressful for an entry level position. Work load is extreme and unmanageable
