Pros

There is a tremendous catalogue from which you can sell. The training is very thorough and continuous. You have the opportunity to make a good amount of money if you can hang in there for a while.

Cons

Need to adjust pricing to be competitive in the market ( richmond) Need to hire more service techs in richmond so that the expectations that reps set with customers can actually be met Need to give branch management more autonomy. Healthcare costs could be better.

Pros

-They would bring lots of company drink coasters, notepads, and pens for you when managers would visit -High cost health insurance -less than professional people -Accounts are weak, I worked via staff augmentation. Client was buying from other vendors when ESI was supposed to be a prime reseller for Cisco and tech companies. Funny, I watched ESI get cut out of so much business.

Cons

Where to begin.. -IT staff under skilled and rude -Company based in small beach town so understanding modern business practice is absent. Most people working here are not educated as many in the Hampton Roads area. -Just don't understand the business model in the Washington D.C. area -very basic benefits and high cost health insurance. The Zerox perks were a joke. They are fraction of the discounts Federal employees get and Zerox is a multi-billion dollar company.
