A company with real values and a truly supportive atmosphere

- Strong cultural values that are more than just words - Warm, welcoming, and human-centered atmosphere - Leadership that genuinely cares about people’s well-being - Comfortable, modern office with its own bomb shelter - a huge plus during wartime - The company stayed stable and fully operational even under extremely difficult circumstances

Cons

Not many - mostly the natural challenges of working during wartime, which the company handled impressively
