They prefer offering referrals bonuses to fill positions on the company, when the high turnover is so noticeable than giving employees a substantial and decent raise to retain them in the company. How smart is that!, A barista makes more money than me!, this place is a joke and people quit unexpectedly due to the lack of respect for professional people. They have been trying to fill the same positions over and over again. Toxic and rude managers, the work culture is terrible. Stop blaming recession!
