The corporate office is more concerned with acquisition instead of retention. They buy up business after business, but they fail to take care of the assets they already have. The Ann Arbor location has/had great people until corporate came in and ruined everything. Overworked and underpaid is the norm. Save yourself the time applying to only leave after 6 months to a year. Apply elsewhere and get treated your worth- or at least paid more.

Turn over rate is above 30%, which means you are constantly training new hires. The company cares more about profits then their employees. Mandatory overtime, makes it hard to maintain a work life balance. They are willing to move you into new positions but without title changes or compensation.
