Knowledgeable colleagues. Most are very specialized and are therefore very valuable to the company.

Cons

Poor management in Mississauga. Deep seeded problems, negative company culture, everyone is afraid to lose their job and work out of fear. This is the wrong motivator to get consistently good results from employees. No investment into the location, office and labs are in terrible shape. Wrong people in management leads to a reactive culture. It's an awful place to have to go everyday.
