Morale is at an all time low and nobody seems bothered to do something about it, higher management seem to be driven by 1 thing alone ($), no investment or replacement of resources. Very high turnover of staff. Previous poor man management that I see has effected others decisions to move on. Wages aren’t the best Lack of appreciation for the daily efforts and extra hours worked (some staff do this without overtime pay), it’s now expected rather than requested. Would say more but not sure there’s enough space....

Employee morale very poor, no communication from anyone. No incentives for hitting monthly goals. Impossible to advance in company . no raise system
