Pros
Everyone is very professional and motivated about the work they do. The colleagues are friendly and welcoming, always helpful in whatever you need. The management is also open to hear about possible improvements within the company. They do a great job in the high quality service they offer, provide good training opportunities to their employee as well as attractive remuneration. I really the enjoy the work environment at Element. Happy and proud to work for Element.
Cons
There's no canteen in the company where you can buy warm food, so you need to bring your own food, though there's a place where you can microwave it.
