      Pros

      Very professional and nice coworkers. Very keen on doing their job well. Relaxed and quite straightforward workflow. On company lever LGBT+ rights are celebrated and recognized and this is awesome!

      Cons

      We could improve communication and co-operation between Element hubs. Be more unified in what we do. Staff could receive more training, online courses are not enough. Perhaps co-op courses with the local universities?

      Worst company I’ve ever worked for. Stay away

      Pros

      Nothing they promised came true. I was hired as maintenance was forced to work shipping’s and receiving. Was promised my own set of hvac tools. Never showed up. clocking in or other hr related things never were done by the company. Took a week to get a badge. Zero management skills or effort.Bait and switch company full of liars.i didn’t quit my maintenance only job to be lied to and be forced to work in other departments.

      Cons

      Nothing they say comes true. Was told I was hired and quit previous job. They didn’t start me for 3 weeks. Lost $1300 from thier lies before I even started.My manager was never there or never tried to change anything with my issue. I was treated like I didn’t matter. Worked 2 weeks and was only allowed to do maintenance 2 days. I have 15 plus years of maintenance experience.
