      Some coworkers are great to work with

      Cons

      Element is a terrible place to work. I cant wait to leave as soon as I find a new job. The management seems to purposely want to make everyone hate the company. Raises are non-existent or so small that you can't notice them in your paycheck. The general manager hits on all the girls and backstabs everyone. You would be better off working at Walmart or McDonalds....stay far away!!

      For the most part, coworkers are great to work with.

      Cons

      Some of the coworkers are idiots and when you point out that they should be doing it wrong, they get mad at you and say this is the way we always do it. The yearly review is a joke, they give raises below inflation. My responsibilities and knowledge has increased dramatically but still get 2% raises. They keep engineers below market value.

      Pros

      Steady work and ability for exposure to several different NDT methods, with crossover from one dept to another and they are willing to reimburse you for continued education as pertains to work scope...

      Cons

      Production sometimes overpowers quality and middle management will push you into "processing" at paces which may be to hectic and then point the finger elsewhere when quality suffers...
