Element have not adopted well, yet, and are not keeping up to pace, in respect to their competitors, with Digital Transformation. This is a little challenging and tends to consume employees time a lot undertaking repetitive tasks, that in this day should be automated, so that professionals can focus on the delivering great work and not being their own admin! In the Middle East, the workforce is dominated by nationalities that subscribe to a norm of Permission Culture. Employees tend to push a lot of emails and responsibility onto each other and avoid ownership of their responsibilities and actions - needs a bit of workplace cultural change!
