Free lunch for special occasions (ie XXX number of days accident free, christmas, etc) Great opportunity for experience if you got a degree in random non-stem fields or no bachelors at all
Cons
No room for career growth or plan for improvement, have people stuck working the same dead end position Raises are negligible or nonexistent, new hires get paid more than people with over 5 years with the company PMs always running behind and last minute and you're expected to work around that Feels like highschool 2.0 but people are in their mid 30's and above and still spread gossip, rumors, what you share with individuals. Supervisors and management feel comfortable sharing inappropriate comments which circle back since the location is small You can hear plenty of shade about those without formal education
