Long hours. Performance reviews only 1 person per department is allowed to receive a 5/5 on performance. The gaslighting of "tell us what you need and we will support you" however, the support never comes. Benefits are constantly being reduced. There is very little communication on direct lines of responsibility. Many departments run only because, the knowledge of senior staff not because they are managed properly. Departments have to compete for an overall budget allocation rather than submit needs to keep up with industry changes.

Company is downsizings and many left on their own. Previous management as Avomeen at same site was much thriving compared to what we have as element now. The work environment is fast paced as most of CRO have. The monthly target is set for each group and there is month end rush and stress to met the goal ever month, unless the manager of group is a good planer. Not much room for promotion, which is main reason people leave after couple of years. Their strategy has been hiring fresh graduates at low pay and repeat, not much of intention to retain experienced personnel with promotions and benefits.
