Cons

Every year their is a layoff so Gail and other executives can increase their profit. Your numbers do not matter, you can have a perfect record and they will still lay you off which their severance is a joke. Pay is below market standard Bonus is at best 3% which management will find any reason to give you 2% or even 1% without justification as to why.

Pay and Benefits, Learnings and Education offerings.

Cons

After 16+ years and watching the last round of layoffs, watching our executive level's antics and after the last town hall. Leadership as lost it's way and I have zero confidence on our success going forward. As such, I have tendered my resignation instead of waiting for HR and Management make the choice for me. Honestly, the response was shocking...but not surprising. I made the right choice.

Pros

The good - Pay is good. - A lot of people care about what they do. - Their handling of COVID was top notch. They evaluated and responded quickly in a very pro-worker manner.

Cons

The bad - The are a monolith. Huge, slow, hard to get anything done. - Constant reorgs and layoffs - Forcing people (even those hired as remote) into offices. - They say they are customer first, they are really wall street first.
