      They don’t care about staff and discriminate

      Pros

      Decent pay but work extra long days and hours for a salary job

      Cons

      Not a good company. They treat employees horrible and mandate you to work weekends and overtime for free being salary. You get laid off and moved around tons to different departments if low case counts for nurses

      Great culture but cracks forming

      Pros

      Well resourced for budget funding. Good people and culture Collaborative environment in most areas of enterprise Flexible for family and honors work-life balance.

      Cons

      Unevenly staffed at executive team levels - some people and areas overwhelmed with responsibilities and scope, while others clearly not enough to do. Recent trend to eliminate knowledge and experience with continuous achievement to meet cost-cutting goals. Talent willl be missed. A cliquish favoritism is now propelling promotions to those without merit and on re-org decisions. This is related to recent leader hires more focused on self and attaining more power/influence rather than on doing their role and producing quality output.

      There are always layoff

      The work is easy. There are a lot of great people to work with. The benefits are okay.

      There are always layoffs. Currently September 21st, 2023 they just did a mass layoff despite all the profit the company made this year.
