Pros

The pay has been veey good and PTO policy is decent. Bonus structure is still OK for now

Cons

Reorgs occur more frequently which negatively impacts delivery and execution of work. EH Executives cram culture as a means to "stretch" people with assignments and inevitably burnout its workers. What happened to just focusing on the work and really taking care of your people? The back to office push hasn't been thought through. Not enough huddle rooms and quiet spaces, especially for sensitive discussions. The good talent will just find another virtual job. What happens next? Front line management can't adequately backfill which impacts delivery and our execution of work.

Pros

I love my team that I work with directly. The benefits are good.

Cons

Mostly everyone on my team is burnt out. Heavy call center vibes where you are closely monitored. I have been here for 5 years and I feel stuck. There is no career growth in this department. I have applied for 6 jobs internally and have been turned down for all of them without even an interview. They say they love to promote from within, but that is clearly not true.

Pros

Remote work is the only positive I can think of

Cons

-Poor health benefits considering it’s a health plan- cost of premiums could be better and considering you are working for anthem, you’d expect lower deductibles and out of pocket maximums. - maternity leave 6 weeks paid: super poor, most companies at the very least give 12 weeks paid. If you’re really taking care of your employees upwards of 18-20 weeks is ideal. - 19 PTO days accrued - most companies now are giving 30 days or unlimited plus holidays with the PTO uploaded in beginning of year - training period nobody really talks to you and they give you 100s of modules then rush you to get on with your preceptorship if you’re making good progress.
