      You are actively employed albiet low pay.

      Cons

      1. NO room for growth 2. Dead end job 3. Managers and leads are rude and micromanage to the extreme 4. NO respect for the people on the front end, just the executives and senior management level. 5. Fear is the motivation tool for management in NY. 6. Management threatens to take reschedule your PTO if you don't finish all your work by the time you leave.
