Anthem Innovation Studio @ Atlanta

Pros

work hours were good and the location was convenient. Some of the innovation studio employees were good to work with.

Cons

Anthem Innovation Studio was a total joke. External groups didn't see much value beyond having a group work on things that they couldn't be bothered working on. The leader of the studio was useless and that is being kind. I could go on but my advice to anyone who truly wants to innovate and deliver solid value then this is not the place for you. If you want to spend time on total useless ideas that don't qualify as innovative then go for it. I would say that all the employees that left during my short stay speaks loud.

Pros

it's a paycheck and i have to enter more than 5 words so blah blah blah

Cons

Managers lie about the jobs they bring people in for simply to fill a quota, like the military. It's all about seniority, so people who have been there the longest are running the show. The problem with that is that they're uneducated and haven't worked elsewhere, haven't a clue about best practices, and don't share information with new people---they use it as a power play to make new people beg for the information. Overall, it's hostile towards new people...and dumb. My god I never met so many closed-minded dumb people and I used to work with military people.

Pros

The company pays well and has good benefits. The health insurance if you are not in Virginia is very expensive. The benefits are good.

Cons

I think that they presume that they are Fair Salary Certified. Also, in October there was a massive layoff of 10,000 employees. It started with moving/enforcing people to return back to the office in hybrid model and to see how many would leave the company by their own and then a RIF that was in 2 stages. One in June 2023 and another in October 2023 and lately a minor one in February 2024.
