      Pros

      I enjoyed most of the people I worked with once they got to know me. My team was very good at what they did and most pulled together whenever something was needed.

      Cons

      The upper management makes critical decisions without thinking of the ramifications of their actions. Reduction in workforce was done and it was a majority of individuals that were in their 50's and 60's, you know the ones drawing a high salary based in their experience. They give you 30 days and cut you loose to fend for your self.

      The only pro was the health insurance.

      I saw more layoffs in one year, with this company, than any other company combined. Do not like to promote. Mandatory overtime, and considered insubordination if you don't
