      The salary is good and there are opportunities to move around within the company

      Cons

      The amount of reorgs and staff reductions have become a monthly occurrence. The management seems to not value experience and is out of touch with the moral inside the entire organization.

      Some really good managers that have your back and are as transparent as they can be.

      Cons

      There always seems to be reorganization and changes going on. Layoffs happen all the time; has associates wondering if today is the day. Layoffs happen but work still needs to be done so those left behind are doing more and more work each day. Work/Life balance is talked about but not truly followed.

      Wage and benefits are excellent.

      Cons

      This is a big company so all the smaller roles in the company tend to not matter. The turnover rate for employees is terrible. They give you no leeway if you have kids or other obligations outside of work. It was a ridiculous amount of people who came and went in the years I worked there.
