      Benefits, Stock Equity, Former Culture

      Cons

      Constant changes in direction. Retaliation. Culture was great and now is sinking. No job security. Fire people just because they don’t like them. Join if you just want to follow the group over the cliff.

      Pros

      The pay and benefits are excellent. Working from home is excellent because I love being home for my kids.

      Cons

      I have been here for 6 months, and I am looking for something new. This is by far the WORST jobs I've had. Turnover is extremely high. They have processes for processes. I am constantly micromanaged because workloads are crazy. I have worked every weekend for the last two months. There is no work/life balance. The office politics is very cutthroat. If you like playing game theory this is the job for you, if not keep looking.

      Lacking integrity and unethical

      Pros

      Very limited: remote and it pays the bills.

      Cons

      It's a laundry list... -With just a handful of decent ones, many of these managers are tacky, have a superiority complex and easily play faves - Dishonest and hypocritical leadership- they try to sway people with their rhetoric, flowery words that doesn't truly deliver - Unfair promotional practices
