Pay and benefits are great.

Cons

They lie to you about being a case manager when describing the job during the interview. Instead of nursing case manager, you are a high-pressure medical telemarketer. If you refuse to comply with their pressure tactics with patients, they will fail you on your multiple monthly audits. And your bonuses are tied to these audits. They are horribly unethical.

Incredibly toxic culture. Bullying. Nepotism. Under qualified management. Unmanageable workload. Promotions are given to favorite staff. Micro managing. Unethical behavior from management. Toxic positivity.
