      At least you have a job.

      Cons

      Anthem is a very hostile place to work. They allow bullying and discrimination to take place and do nothing to help employees who are experiencing it. My previous manager even admitted on an unemployment recorded call that he did not follow up on an official complaint that I had made against another employee. Even with this Anthem was allowed to get out of paying unemployment benefits. Do not work here or pick another insurance company for your coverage.

      The paid time off and bonuses are nice!

      Cons

      Management act like children in high school. If you don’t kiss butt you will go nowhere in this company. They say they care about the members but they only care about how their numbers look for their boss. Backstabbing and gossip is the norm here. The pay is low for he amount of work hat is expected. They need new managers, ones that that care about the employee.

      It is a great place to work for and many places that you can move within the same company

      Cons

      Legacy systems. They had to move the IT to a centralized place in Atlanta. so everyone getting layed off.
