The don't care about their employees. Employees are commodities-expendable and not valued There are constant layoffs so people are always wondering when their time will come to be let go. Senior leadership salaries are so over-inflated. They get their stocks and bonuses regardless and the people doing the work get left out if we don't have a good year.

Since the new CIO took over he his pushing his own agenda at the cost of the company. Very few good IT Leaders are left at Anthem. Cut-throat politics - have had 6 supervisors in 4 years due to constant IT Re-Org and such politics. IT associates are ruled through Classical Model style leadership (fear) with the new CIO and AmeriGroup Leadership. Quite a few associates have left and are being replaced with cheap contractors.
