I found the employees were either excessively engaged in their job, or did not care at all. This made it extremely difficult to do my job; totally unpredictable and leadership was very out of touch with what the employees were dealing with. Also, there's a huge culture divide between Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial lines of business. Commercial = Elites, Medicaid = peasants. I also consistently heard shady stuff about offshoring IT operations by acquiring Legato and possibly others. Working there felt very messy, unsupportive, and overall one of my least favorite jobs I've had.

Toxic work culture, company appears to only care about quarter to quarter metrics. A lot of out sourcing is occurring currently so be aware this likely will affect more and more jobs. The front line works operate out of fear and are not empowered to affect any meaningful change.
