Great culture and genuinely supportive people. Elevate really lives its values, there’s a strong sense of teamwork, openness, and respect across teams. As an Office Manager, I’ve had a lot of autonomy and variety in my role, from running office operations to supporting leadership and organising events, which keeps things interesting. I do LOVE my job! I also LOVE my team and the people I work with.
