Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, even as a former employee. Remote working as the sole positive — paired with unsupportive management and unreasonable expectations — tells us something important: the structural flexibility we offered wasn’t matched by your day-to-day human experience of working here. That's a gap we don’t intend to paper over. Strong management is something we're deliberately and continuously building, by investing in how our managers communicate, set expectations, and respond to the needs of individual team members. We're sorry we didn't get that right during your time with us, and we’re really keen to learn more about your experience. You can write directly to our APAC People Head, Yogesh Bendre (yogesh.bendre@elevate.law).

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We appreciate you recognizing the learning culture at Elevate — it's something we invest in consciously. We're proud that Elevate is a place where people grow, but we know growth means little if people don't feel psychologically safe or confident in their place here. 'Toxic environment' and 'job security' are not words we want associated with Elevate, and hearing them is a prompt for us to look inward as we actively review how we communicate with, support, and retain our people. We genuinely want to understand what's driving this experience. May we please request you to reach out directly to our APAC People Head, Yogesh Bendre (yogesh.bendre@elevate.law)? Your feedback could help us make meaningful improvements for everyone. We appreciate your honesty and your continued commitment to Elevate.
