Remote working as the sole positive — paired with unsupportive management and unreasonable expectations — tells us something important: the structural flexibility we offered wasn’t matched by your day-to-day human experience of working here. That's a gap we don’t intend to paper over. Strong management is something we're deliberately and continuously building, by investing in how our managers communicate, set expectations, and respond to the needs of individual team members.
