Hire and fire company

Pros

Work from home , no office spaces all rental offices retuned, guess company wanted to save on rentals. You don't even have a physical space to collaborate.

Cons

Hire and fire Worst place for techies. They hire full stack developers and screw their careers. They fake their 5 star glassdoor reviews to lure tech people. No clarity on deliverables HR is defunct and powerless

Thank you for surfacing your issues. Elevate does maintain office space in Gurgaon for work and collaboration. We went to work from home due to COVID. As we contemplate return to office 95% of our employees surveyed chose to continue to work from home. As our philosophy is to let people work where, when and how they work best, we will continue to let employees work from home if they choose and the role allows it, however we will always have a physical facility. We have a sizeable team of HR professionals (People team) in India led by Yogesh Bendre (yogesh.bendre@elevateservices.com). I would like the opportunity to understand your personal situation and offer assistance. Please reach out to Yogesh or me directly @ joyce.thorne@elevateservices.com.
