      1. Promotes ideas form everyone to go ahead and implement them. 2. Good work life balance. 3.Focus on diversity. 4. Helps people in career growth in different domains. 5. Anyone can work on multiple technologies. 6. Team members are highly supportive to new joinees.

      Cons

      No major cons as of now in my 6 months of experience with the organization. You will be able to manage small concerns that you might face while working in the company.

      Pros

      Good work life balance. People start work at 10 am and log out max by 6:00 pm. They do not track your time record of how many hours you have worked. They just want the work to be done in the given time. Great HR policies and everyone is very much reachable. Managers and leads keep asking if the employees are facing any issues.
