      Pros

      Good HR policies Friendly DMG, IT and automation teams Fit Friday - 1 hour every Friday to play a sport of your choice Uber Active HR and their activities. Great office space and infrastructure

      Cons

      No work life balance since Covid. Incompetent managers and team leads who can't even properly draft a formal email, let alone successfully delegate work. Poor management of project deadlines. Pseudo-nepotism and boot licking plagues the teams. Minimum recognition to people who actually work hard. Managers ALWAYS shift the blame on their subordinates, as if they are never at fault. Spineless and demoralizing to an extent. Frequent harassment and exploitation of employees with not enough compensation.
