      Terrible culture, unorganized, poor management, no definitive job definition or project scopes, employees expected to read managers minds or be reprimanded.. yet the management are too busy or absentee when needed, majority of upper management aren't as knowledgeable as they think and are close-minded to those with experience or challenge the status quo.
