Cons

Company HR does not have a proper method to pay salary, they claim to pay on the last working day of the month – but, I did receive my salary 4 times the next morning. It kills all the good feelings, as it credited post 10 PM after follow up. Feedback is given multiple times to complete HR, yet no improvement I had seen. HR says, you will get your salary but not sure when. Employees cannot expect a proactive documenting process on increment, promotion, departure, etc.

-Work along with a compassionate and caring team -The camaraderie and teamwork shown is unlike anything I've ever seen -There is such an emphasis placed on educating and valuing the importance of self-care -I actually enjoy what I do on a day to day basis
