      Elevate is one of the thought leaders in the legal world. Lots of opportunities to progress your career. The company considers their people in everything they do. There is a high level of customer focus and service delivery.

      Cons

      The fast pace can be a shock to some from my established organizations. It's growing quickly which involves a lot of integration activity.
