      Work culture is good, people are very friendly.

      Cons

      Company is not good at giving appraisals. COO is always on radar of cutting company costs by taking any meaningless decisions

      Pros

      I've been working for last two years and really enjoy working here. Your manager always listens to your ideas and encourage you to implement the same into the system and I love to work on our products. HR is very supportive and helpful in nature. They do organize cultural activities and fun events time to time. A great place to work in overall and as a tech person, I always feel proud to be part of Elevate.

      No cabs facility. No bonus plans.
