Excellently envisioned business strategy, executed by extremely bright and passionate senior management, with a "we're all in this together" attitude - what's not to like? Great company for those who want to succeed, be challenged across the board, and exposed to such an array of vast opportunities that would only be available to a rapidly growing company in this industry.

Cons

See advice to management below. Opportunities for improvement mainly focus on internal processes that could expedite certain needs such as supplies, IT, shared documents, etc.

Contact of work was decent but not particularly challenging. Schedules were unpredictable because of client demands but overall could be managed if one was OK with 12 hour days.

Cons

Celebrate heroism versus day-to-day smooth operation. Made people believe the only way to get recognized was to commit unnatural acts
